Jávea New Builds is being developed as an independent directory of residential projects. It does not assume that a portal listing is current simply because it remains online.
What we aim to confirm
For each development we look for the developer or promoter, location, number and type of homes, building licence status, construction stage, expected completion, asking prices and current availability. Developer material is preferred. Agent and portal listings are used to identify projects and then cross-checked.
Status labels
Selling means current marketing has been found. Under construction is used only where a developer or credible current source reports that work has started. Planned covers announced projects whose delivery or construction remains ahead. Check status flags conflicting or incomplete evidence.
Before buying
This directory is an initial research tool, not legal, technical or financial advice. Buyers should appoint their own independent lawyer and obtain current contractual information from the authorised seller before paying a reservation or deposit.
